Adding a Prescription

To process your order, we ask that you upload a copy of your prescription when adding a frame to the cart. If the prescription does not include your pupillary distance measurements (often referred to as PD), we'll ask you to send us a copy of your PD measurements by e-mail after placing an order. Most prescriptions include the PD measurements or they can be provided by your eye doctor.

Uploading a prescription is as easy as snapping a picture of the RX with your cell phone (or scanning it to your computer), and selecting the file with the file selector.

 

Your prescription is securely sent to us when checking out and is only stored within our system until the order has been filled and past the return date, after which all records of the prescription are wiped from our systems.
